Delivery times are estimated at 4 working days.

Once the order is confirmed, we will deliver it to the courier within 48 hours.Ā In some hard to reach areas (e.g. islands) delivery may take an additional 48 hours.Ā Shipping costs are borne by the customer and the cost is indicated at checkout, beforeĀ payment.

For orders starting from ā‚¬ 49.00 shipping is free.

You can withdraw without any penalty, within fourteen days from the date of delivery of the product. In the case of a multiple order and separate delivery of the products, the period starts from the day on which the last product is delivered.

To exercise the right of withdrawal is necessary an explicit declaration through one of the following mode :

You can use the "Withdrawal Form" provided by Annex I Part B to Legislative Decree no. 6 September 2005, n. 206, as indicated in theĀ conditions of sale.

However you can exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of products that are not suitable to be returned as in the case of damaged and/or worn product.Ā For hygienic reasons the products sealed can in no case be returned once deprived of its casing.Ā Once the refund is approved, you will receive the amount with the same payment method with which you have placed your order.
